Sustainability continues to be a central topic, developing greener and making existing buildings more efficient. A key takeaway from the event was how to drive change and hold ourselves to the fire. It is difficult to sustain change if we don't closely monitor and pace ourselves. Without measuring and iterating continuously the long term plans and goals we set quickly start to resemble the low-cal diet we stuck to for 2 days that one time.
