Quality insights breed quality decisions
It's all about the data
To enable reliable insights from your diverse systems' data, several crucial steps must be taken. While our solution's outward-facing aspect consists of dashboards, the fundamental benefit we provide is the behind-the-scenes work to ready your data for analysis.
Operational systems do not store data in an analysis friendly format. Through our proprietary real estate data transformation code; data is cleaned, enhanced and optimally organised for analysis. If you’ve used a dashboard tool in the past and been frustrated by its limitations, Intrava will be a game changer.
I started this company to solve the data integration problem that grinds most BI projects to a halt.

After 20+ years in data engineering, it was high time to start a company that solves the data integration problem that grinds most business intelligence projects to a halt.
Showing data from a database in a dashboard is easy. Creating valuable and reliable insights is not. It may seem like bridging this gap is simple and relatively straightforward. Trust me; it is not.
Once you discover that your dashboard only shows raw data, doesn’t account for all the business rules that apply to your data, and cannot slice and dice data the way you want, you will come to the inevitable conclusion that you need a database optimized for analysis (data warehouse) sitting between your databases and your dashboards.
When you’ve made that conclusion, your next step will be to find data integration and data warehouse resources who can build the data platform that will ultimately power your dashboards. They will write all system integrations, data transformations, data warehouse modules, and dashboards from scratch and measure their delivery time in years.
As you can imagine, this gets very expensive. Moreover, because you have all kinds of hidden business rules in your data, their original timeline will, in hindsight, look like wishful thinking. It is not because they are bad at what they do. They don’t know what they don’t know.
The way we solve this problem is by focusing on a single industry. Through our vertical approach, we have distilled the implementation process of a business intelligence solution for real estate companies down to a science, enabling us to automate most of the process.
